1. There will be a $25.00 fee for a 20 x 10 foot space. (20 wide & 10 deep)
2. Entries will be responsible for their own set-ups. (Tables, shades, etc.)
3. Set up time will start from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday and again Saturday morning from
6:00 am to 8:00 am.
The booths will open from 9:00 am to on/or about 5:00 pm on Saturday 5/07/10.
4. All vendors are asked to donate 1 item to the Mayfest Auction held on Saturday.
(Item must be turned in as soon as you arrive.)
5. Entry forms must be returned no later than May 1st, 2010.
BOOTHS WILL BE SET - UP ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
6. Please make checks payable to Bruceville-Eddy Mayfest.
7. Electricity will be an additional $10.00 extra and on a first come basis as entry forms are received.
8. If space is needed for a Trailer or Van on your booth location please let us know because they are
limited.
9. No animals, scooters, bicycles, four wheelers, or golf carts allowed.
10. No projectile items, nudity or vulgar items may be sold; if you sell these items you will be asked
to leave with NO Refund.
